The Work Shop Pro

Products and orders

Review the selected product configuration, price, quantity and delivery details before placing an order. Where a product has multiple configurations, the selected option identifies the configuration being ordered. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Our shipping policy explains free-shipping thresholds, charges for orders below those thresholds and qualifying machine freight service.

Subscriptions

Where offered, a subscription is optional and renews automatically at the selected interval until canceled. The product selection and checkout show its billing frequency, discount and recurring charges. Review the initial and recurring shipping charges and our subscription cancellation policy before subscribing. Use the subscription management link provided with your subscription or contact us for help with a pause, skipped delivery or cancellation before the next scheduled billing date.

Returns and privacy

Our return and refund policy explains return authorization, brand-specific conditions and restocking fees for JPW brands and RIKON, the standard terms for other products, shipping and freight responsibilities, and damage and warranty procedures. Our privacy policy explains how customer information is handled.
