Planning to receive your machine

Confirm the delivery arrangements before ordering so you know how the shipment will be unloaded and moved into your shop. Services and access requirements depend on the specific shipment and carrier.

1. Confirm the shipment details

Ask for the packed dimensions, shipping weight, number of crates or pallets, and any handling restrictions for the exact SKU. Machine net weight is not the packed shipping weight. Confirm lead time and delivery arrangements separately; do not assume a product listing guarantees a delivery date.

2. Describe your delivery access

Confirm whether the address is residential or commercial, whether a loading dock is available, and whether the carrier can reach a suitable unloading area. Identify restricted roads, gates, overhead obstacles, slopes, gravel, stairs, and tight turns before the shipment is booked.

3. Arrange unloading

Confirm the delivery service, any appointment requirements, unloading responsibilities, equipment, and any additional charges in advance. If you need lift gate service, request it and confirm that it is available and suitable for the packed shipment. Selecting a lift gate request on a product is a request for fulfillment review; it does not confirm carrier service or pricing.

A lift gate lowers a suitable shipment from the truck. Do not assume it includes inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, or movement to the machine's final position. Confirm the scope of the service explicitly.

4. Plan movement to the final location

Measure the full route and arrange handling equipment and qualified help appropriate to the shipment. Confirm equipment capacity and access with the handling provider. Follow the manufacturer's lifting and positioning instructions; do not improvise lifting points or move a heavy machine without a suitable plan.

5. Be ready to receive and inspect

Have the agreed recipient available for the carrier's arrangements. Check the shipment count and visible condition when it arrives. Photograph packaging and any visible damage, note discrepancies on the delivery paperwork, and contact us promptly for the applicable next steps. Keep packaging and paperwork while any issue is reviewed. Follow the order's delivery and claims instructions for deadlines and procedures.
