Subscriptions

Subscriptions are optional. The product page and checkout show the delivery frequency, discount, and recurring charges for the plan you select. Your subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until it is canceled.

Changes and cancellations

You may request a pause, skipped delivery, or cancellation before the next scheduled billing date. Use the subscription management link provided with your subscription or contact cs@lstxllc.com for help.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. For help with an order that has already been placed, contact us at cs@lstxllc.com.

Returns

Returns of delivered products are covered by our return and refund policy, including applicable brand-specific conditions, restocking fees, and shipping or freight charges. Canceling future subscription renewals does not automatically authorize the return of a delivered product.
